Do you take insurance?

I do not take health insurance. However, I can provide superbills, and depending on the health insurance, I have seen clients receive up to a 50% reimbursement for sessions.

Are the sessions virtual or in-person?

All sessions are virtual on a HIPAA-compliant telehealth video call.

How long will we need to work together?

Recovery times vary from person to person, but typically we will be working together for 3-6 months. Other arrangements for frequency and duration can be personalized and adjusted to meet individual needs.

What is your cancellation policy?

I have a 48 hour cancellation policy for sessions. Sessions canceled 48 hours and earlier before a session will not be charged. Sessions canceled less than 48 hours before the session will be charged full price.
